The best thing about the NFL is that the term “any given Sunday” is very true – not just a cliche. The league is set up in a way that allows every team the chance to get better in a very short period of time. Parity exists in every sense of the word, which is why different teams have a chance to make the playoffs every season. Several NFL teams made significant improvements this past year, and could be looking to make the leap to the post-season in 2015.

5. Cleveland Browns


Minus the iffy situation at quarterback, the Browns are a team with pieces in place. They have a very good coach in Mike Pettine, a talented defense and one of the league’s best offensive lines. The duo of Isaiah Crowell and Terrence West is stellar at the running back position, and receiver Josh Gordon could be the best in the NFL is he can stay out of trouble off the field. If Cleveland can find a QB that can manage the game and play good situational ball, this team will definitely have a chance to make a playoff run. Will that QB be Johnny Manziel?
