Most adults would never whack a fellow adult in the crotch. Few adults are crazy enough to whack a fellow adult in the crotch when thousands of people are watching from around the world.

But NHL players are weird, and an absurdly high number of them think such an act is Okay. Add Michal Rozsival to the list.
