Fanspeak Draft Simulator: Buffalo Bills
Fanspeak offers a pretty cool draft simulator, in which you can choose a team to draft for, and pick at their spot in the 2015 NFL Draft. In this instance, I drafted for the Buffalo Bills. Bills fans, would you be happy with this draft?

Round 2, Pick 18: Ifo Ekpre-Olomu – CB, Oregon
Height: 5-10 Weight: 195 Prospect Rank: 1
Ekpre-Olomu fell to the second-round in this instance. For sheer value this pick was easy considering he’s the top corner in the 2015 class. He would most likely be an immediate starter and upgrade the secondary of an already formidable Bills defense.

Round 3, Pick 17: Jeremy Langford – RB, Michigan State
Height: 6-1 Weight: 208 Prospect Rank: 10
I passed on Georgia’s Todd Gurley here for the tough and durable Langford out of MSU. Coming off an ACL tear, it is impossible to gauge just how ready Gurley would be. Throw in the fact that Fred Jackson is up there in age, and CJ Spiller’s future is up in the air, and a running back becomes a real need. Langford’s stock rose considerably as the season wore on, and he looks to be a sure bet as a solid starter in the NFL. Also, taking the tenth ranked prospect in the second half of round three isn’t a reach for a running back.

Round 4, Pick 14: Garrett Grayson – QB, Colorado State
Height: 6-2 Weight: 220 Prospect Rank: 3
Depending on if Buffalo trades for a QB or not, Grayson could get immediate consideration as the starter. Coming off a fantastic season, getting the third ranked QB in the fourth round is great value. Grayson gives the Bills a chance to develop a possible franchise guy.

Round 5, Pick 1: Jesse James – TE, Penn State
Height: 6-7 Weight: 254 Prospect Rank: 17
I feel the Bills should keep adding pieces to the offense, as it was their achilles’ heel down the stretch in 2014. James’ size and vertical ability alone could provide a big target and security blanket for whoever starts at quarterback.

Round 5, Pick 19: Sam Carter – S, TCU
Height: 6-1 Weight: 215 Prospect Rank: 25
Projected to go between rounds 4-6, Carter has a lot of upside. He is a good tackler and has excellent instincts, his only downfall is his speed to the point of attack. However, I could see him being a good run defender and enforcer in the secondary. Why not keep adding pieces to a secondary that is the only weakness on the Bills’ very good defense.

Round 6, Pick 18: John Miller – G, Louisville
Height: 6-2 Weight: 311 Prospect Rank: 15
The Bills offensive line played alright, but still let up too many sacks. If they didn’t have other glaring needs at skill positions, I would have addressed the offensive line earlier. Miller could be a possible starter right away, and adds quality depth if anything.

Round 7, Pick 17: Mike Hull – ILB, Penn State
Height: 6-0 Weight: 232 Prospect Rank: 10
I was in disbelief that Hull, the tenth ranked inside linebacker, was still here in round 7. If the Bills don’t re-sign Jerry Hughes, a possible move to the outside could be looming for Kiko Alonso. Brando Spikes’ future in Buffalo is also uncertain. Hull is in the mold of a Paul Pozluzny, and it was a no-brainer to select him here at a position that could become a need here in the next month or two.
