Irv Smith Jr. Fantasy Rookie Profile

Irv Smith Jr. Fantasy

The 2019 NFL Draft rookie class is chock-full of talent at the tight end position. Despite his pedigree from the University of Alabama, Irv Smith Jr. tends to be the afterthought at the top of most tight end rookie rankings. After the 2018 season, Smith declared for the 2019 NFL Draft, foregoing his last year of college football. Fantasy owners need to be excited about Smith because of his...

NFL Mock Draft 2019: First round

Monday Mock Draft 1.0

The NFL Draft can make or break a teams future for many years to come. Teams have spent countless hours studying different prospects. The NFL combine has come and gone, rookies have had their pro days, and teams have met with prospects of their liking. The draft is far from a sure thing. Just because a team has met with a prospect doesn’t mean he’s a lock to be drafted by that team...

T.J. Hockenson Fantasy Rookie Profile

T.J. Hockenson Fantasy

The Tight End position is one of the most difficult to get production from for most fantasy managers. If one does not draft Travis Kelce, Zach Ertz, or George Kittle that slot in the line up will be a desolate wasteland of injury and weekly volatility. That is primarily why I am ecstatic about the arrival of Hockenson to the NFL. Producing NFL Tight Ends C.J. Fiedorowicz, Dallas Clark...

The Impact Of New OC Greg Roman On The Ravens Offense in 2019

2019 Impact of Ravens Offensive Coordinator Switch

In an era where the NFL has evolved into a highly sophisticated passing league where RBs don’t matter, Greg Roman’s smash-mouth offensive philosophies are in direct contrast to this. With his outlier offensive tendencies being an anomaly in today’s game, I wanted to dig into his career and see what we could project for the 2019 Ravens offense that seems to be built perfectly for...

Chris Davis sets MLB mark with 0-for-47

Chris Davis made history on Monday night. It just was. It just was not the type of history Davis desired to make.

With a new record low of just 6,585 fans at Camden Yards, Davis replaces Eugenia Velez as the definition of futility at the place for non-pitchers.

Velez began his stream with nine at-bats for the Giants in 2010 before adding another 37 at-bats without a hit in 2011 with the Dodgers.

Davis began the night with a line out to A’s right fielder Stephen Piscotty. In his second at-bat he would line out to left to Robbie Grossman. He would line out to the track with Grossman making the catch to set the new record.

Davis was not done. He would add a strike out to go 0-for-48.

It has been a hard fall for Davis after leading the majors with 53 homers in 2013 and again in 2015 with 47. Davis signed a seven-year deal worth $161 million after 2015 and ended 2018 with a record low .168 average for qualified batters.

Cleveland Browns See Biggest Off-Season NFL Future Odds Spike

Most people have dubbed Super Bowl 53 as one of the most boring Super Bowls of the last decade. If you’ve already suppressed that memory, the New England Patriots beat the Los Angeles Rams 13-3 in a real snooze-fest. The reason I mention this is despite the outcome of the game, Super Bowl 53 was a huge day for me in terms of sports betting. A friend of mine and I pooled our money together...

Jacobs is one of the most intriguing running back prospects in this years NFL draft. He is a violent runner who isn’t afraid to make contact with any defender, forcing his way to extra yardage. Terry McLaurin Fantasy

Wide Receiver Terry McLaurin is one of the more ‘under the radar’ rookies in this year’s draft class. Despite having an excellent NFL combine on top of his skill set, he has still not been getting the hype that I feel he deserves. The former Ohio State Buckeye has legit speed, runs nice routes, is physical, and blocks well. Many mock drafts I’ve seen have him listed as a...
